Caring for Our Bodies Reflects Gratitude for the Life God Has Given Us

Scripture reminds us that our bodies belong to God and are meant to reflect His glory. Practicing healthy rhythms of rest, renewal and self-care is one way we steward the life He has entrusted to us.

“What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you… therefore glorify God in your body.” (1 Corinthians 6:19–20).

When we approach self-care with wisdom and gratitude, we align our lives with God’s design for strength, health and wholeness. Our bodies are a gift from Him, and our stewardship of that body is the least we can do to thank the Lord.
