Victory News Team Covers Rededicate 250 From the Front Row

Rededicate 250 is being called “a national jubilee of prayer, praise, and thanksgiving” in the nation’s capital, and the Victory News team will be there live and from the Victory studios in Fort Worth!

On Sunday, May 17, this important day-long event will mark America’s semiquincentennial, or the 250th anniversary of this nation. At that time, the National Mall will host citizens and leaders from all 50 states to rededicate this country as “One Nation Under God.”

Led by Pastor Lorenzo Sewell of 180 Church in Detroit, the event from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET/8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT will feature speeches, songs, and storytelling to remember the people, sacrifices, and solemn moments in which God has manifested Himself throughout our nation’s history.

“This is a monumental event for Victory News as we will be there, broadcasting live beginning at noon Central Time,” said Marcus Kenny, executive director of Victory Channel. “The Victory News division will report live from the National Mall and will also have an opportunity to interview faith leaders and members of the Presidential Cabinet about their feelings during this time of nationalism and pride.”

What to Expect for Rededicate 250 Live on Victory Channel

In addition to recording interviews for regularly scheduled programs on Victory Channel, Rededicate 250 will also air live all day on the network, so viewers will not miss a single speaker discussing the heritage and foundation of faith that created America.

Familiar faces from the Victory News team—Tim Fox and Greg Stephens—will be on location at the National Mall speaking with scheduled presenters and esteemed guests. Those interviews will be seen throughout the special broadcast. Key attendees and potential interviewees could include:
